Charlie’s Bleu Cheese Burgers

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
12 oz. Wisconsin Buttermilk Blue or Bleu Affinée Cheese
1-1/3 lbs. Ground Beef
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes

Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly with hands. Grill patties to desired doneness and serve on toasted Kaiser rolls.
