Butterkase

With German origins, Butterkase means "butter cheese" and is descriptive of its creamy, butter-like texture. This mild-tasting, delicate cheese is an excellent complement to many easy-fix foods. Loved by both children and adults, try serving it with sausage, ham sandwiches, grapes, melons or plums. Very melt-able, it also makes a yummy cheeseburger!
