Ordering Multiple Gifts
Unfortunately we currently do not have the capability to place multiple gift orders in one transaction. It’s easy to place multiple orders after creating an account, just log back in and your billing information is saved for you.

Substitution Policy
In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. Although rare, if a substitution is necessary, we take great care and consideration in selecting gifts that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift giver and recipient.

Limited Shipping during summer months
Due to our high quality standards and the effect of the summer heat on our cheeses, we limit our shipping options May through September. Your order is required to ship 2nd or 3rd day and will arrive in an insulated cooler.

Our Guarantee
At Paoli Cheese our goal is to provide you with superior service and quality products. If you are not satisfied with a purchase from us, please call us at 1-800-762-4644 Monday through Friday.

If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted by phone within 48 hours of receipt of the product. You will be asked to provide us with the following details: product description, date received, package tracking number and the nature of the quality issue or damage. Depending on the problem, we may require the product and packaging be returned to us, so please do not discard.

If an item is returned to us as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional cost to you. Due to the perishable nature of our products we may be unable to repackage and reship returned items, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of the new product.
