How to order

Adding items to your shopping cart
Simply enter a quantity and click on the "Add to Cart" button. When you add an item to your cart, you will be taken to a screen that shows you the contents of your cart. You'll see the item you just selected.

You can double check the prices of all items or delete them from your cart. Once you have logged in, you can change quantities and determine which shipping address to use when sending each item.

Your abbreviated shopping cart (on the bottom left of each page) lists the items you currently have added to your cart - you can remove these or update the quantity by clicking view all contents or anywhere where there is a shopping cart link. If you return to our site at a later date these items will be kept there. When you log out your cart will appear empty. You will need to log in to view your cart and edit your account details. If you close your browser or shut down your computer you are automatically logged out for your security.

Login or register
At some point before completing your order, you will need to login or register by clicking on the My Account/Create Account link at the top of page. If you have used this site before, you can enter your login name (usually your e-mail address) and password. If you haven't been here before, you can enter your e-mail address and a password and the neccessary address information. Everytime you visit Paoli Cheese after creating your account, you can place your orders without re-entering your address.

Checkout
After having logged in and placing items in your shopping cart, you can checkout by pressing the "Checkout" button from the shopping cart page.

This will lead you to a screen that shows you what shipping address(es) will be used, type of payment, and related information. You may also cancel or modify your order on this screen.

Set up your address book
After logging in, you can optionally set up multiple shipping addresses. To do this, click the "Address Book" link, located at the top of the page. You can add new addresses by clicking on the add address button and following the directions. To update or delete existing addresses, just select the address from the list and click on the button that describes what you want to do.

Please contact us for more information on shipping to multiple addresses for the same order.

Ordering Online

Ordering online is easy. Just go to our Cheese, Sausage, or Gift Box section and begin looking though all the great things we have to offer.

Once you have found what you like, just click on the "Add to Basket" link and choose the quantity. After you have entered in the quantity, click the "Add to Basket" button. You may then follow the link below the product to return to where you were (if you would like to continue shopping) or you can click on the "Check Out" button at the top of the page to begin finalizing of your order.

You can view the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the "Shopping Basket" button at the top of the page.

If you have a particular type of product you are looking for, click the "Search" button at the top of the page. Enter a few key words for the product you wish to find and click "Search". From the list of results you can view the details of each item by clicking on the product code.

Is it a Gift?

If the product you are ordering is a gift for someone, make sure to fill our the Shipping Address for the receiver. Sorry, but you must make a separate order for each address you are sending your gifts to. All information in the "Ship To" section is for the use of UPS only.

Finding Products

browse and search for products
Paoli Cheese products are broken into basic categories, like "Cheese" and "Sausage". When you click on each category (the red tabs at the top) a list of products within the section is displayed.

Use the search at the top of each page by entering keywords. E.g "bavarian sausage". When searching you do not need to use the "and" for more than one word. The search results will be listed by relevance to your query - e.g. products with both the words "bavarian" and "sausage" in any of their name or description will be listed first. Then any items with either massage or oils will be listed. Click on a product name and you will proceed to a detailed product page.
