Paoli Cheese and Fruit Kabobs

Whether you’re entertaining on the patio or just want a quick ‘n delicious snack for the family, try this fabulous nosh…colorful, tasty, fast to fix, and fun to assemble – so get the kids in the kitchen!
This appetizer makes 18 servings…If you’re entertaining fewer folks, simply adjust the amount of cheese. We know you’re going to love this summertime treat.
Ingredients:
*2 cups (8 ounces)
Colby cheese, cubed
*apple chunks, grapes, thin pear slices
*2 cups (8 ounces)
Baby Swiss cheese, cubed
*cantaloupe/honeydew melon balls, orange sections
*1 cup (4 ounces)
Brick cheese, cubed
*pineapple chunks, strawberries
*2 cups (8 ounces)
Havarti cheese cubed
*apricot slices, kiwi slices
*1 cup (4 ounces)
Gouda cheese, cut in petite wedges
*grapes, apple chunks
Preparation:
Using individual appetizer skewers, alternate cubed Paoli cheese and fruit. Arrange on a large platter with an assortment of crackers…(We like Bremners!)
Serving Suggestions:
Wine: Fruity whites, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Blush
Beer: Lager
Non-alcoholic: Apple cider, carbonated water, some folks like “sun tea”
