Sorghum

This old fashioned favorite is made by a family that has been milling sorghum for generations. Use our sorghum as a sweetener for cakes, pumpkin pies, baked beans, brown bread, candies and cookies. Sorghum, which is sweeter than molasses, can be substituted for honey, molasses, or sugar in varying proportions depending on the recipe. It’s delicious!
