We make our best effort to ship our orders the same day (if ordered by Noon Central Time weekdays), but please allow up to 48 hours.

Packaging
We package our products with care! All of our orders are packaged with a gift card and presented as gifts at no extra charge. Because they are presented as gifts, no pricing is included in the shipment. Don’t forget to include a gift message and sign your name so they know who to thank!

Shipping Methods

Paoli Cheese proudly ships via FedEx and offers Ground, Express Saver (3 day), 2Day, and Standard Overnight services. Our site is linked directly to Fed Ex providing you with the most accurate shipping rates possible.

Paoli Cheese is also proud to offer Priority Mail service through the USPS. Our site is linked directly to USPS providing you with the most accurate shipping rates possible.

Standard Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by location. You can expect to receive your item(s) within 3-10 business days, depending on the method of shipment chosen during checkout. Please note: Fed Ex transit times count regular business days - Monday through Friday ONLY, and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

When shipping Fed Ex, please see delivery map above for the time it will take for your package to arrive.

USPS Priority Mail is a 2-3 day service, but is not guaranteed to arrive within that time frame. We suggest you use Fed Ex if your package must arrive by a certain date.

We schedule your shipment to avoid sitting in a shipper’s warehouse over the weekend; so if you order on Thursday or Friday we may hold your order until Monday so it does not spend Saturday and Sunday in a warehouse.

Shipment Guarantee
Every shipment made within the continental United States is guaranteed (provided we are given correct and complete addresses). Please check all of your addresses carefully. We can not extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address.

Delivery dates may be impacted by extreme weather conditions. In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. Although rare, if a substitution is necessary, we take great care and consideration in selecting items that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift giver and recipient.

Delivery Release
We cannot accept responsibility for orders with incomplete or invalid addresses, or sent to recipients who are not available to accept the package in a timely manner. If our delivery service needs to make an address correction on your behalf you will be charged for that amount.

Sorry, no boxes shipped outside the United States. We can prepare a box for you to ship.

Limited shipping options during summer months
Due to our high quality standards and the effect of the summer heat on our cheeses, we limit our shipping options May through September to ensure your cheese is delivered within two - three business days. Your cheese will be carefully packaged in an insulated shipping box with ice on all orders May through September. During the other months of the year the insulated cooler is optional. See below.
