Some say our Wisconsin blue cheese couldn't get any better and some say it just did. Delicate smoking over fruit wood smooths out the delicious sharp/salty flavor of blue to create a flavor all it's own. A little different! A little better? Crumble on a salad or melt on a burger. Perfect alone, with crackers and/or pears. Try it with Cabernet or Zinfandel. Enjoy!
