Summer Shipping Requirements

We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality product available; that's what makes Paoli Cheese so great. But because of the summer heat, shipping cheese without the help of an insulated cooler would lower that quality. What you would receive is not what we pride ourselves on. During the months of May, June, July, August and September we require that your order be shipped in an insulated cooler. Our shipping rates include the cooler. During the rest of the year, shipping with an insulated cooler will be optional and may be selected during the Shipping phase of your order.

Shipping Methods
During the summer limited UPS Ground shipping will be available (only to states with an estimated 2 day transit time). UPS Ground shipments are not guaranteed to arrive within two days of shipping, that is just a guideline. UPS 2nd Day packages are guaranteed to arrive 2 days after shipping. USPS Priority Mail packages arrive within about two to three days after the ship date.

PLEASE NOTE: Transit times are from when your order ships (not from the date your order is placed).

Shipping Days
We only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid your package sitting in a warm warehouse over the weekend. Please keep this in mind if ordering at the end of the week, we will hold your order until the following Tuesday to ship.
