Wisconsin Limburger On Slivered Rye

Ingredients:
1 pound Wisconsin Limburger Cheese
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
24 party rye bread slices, toasted
2 radishes, thinly sliced
Sprigs of Italian parsley

Cooking Directions:
Using a melon baller, scoop and form small balls from Limburger cheese. Place on onion-topped party rye bread slices. Garnish with radish slice and parsley sprig.

Serving tip: Serve from a large plank using a hollowed red onion filled with Limburger and garnished with parsley.
